Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
As a content agency, we handle data belonging to our clients and their customers. We sign an NDA with every client. Your data is never shared with third parties, and will be deleted on request or automatically within 7 days after contract termination.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company, and any details shared when you book a call, fill out a contact form, or engage us for services. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send relevant communications about your engagement, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to understand site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or rent client or consumer data to third parties. Operational tools we use to run our own business (such as Calendly for scheduling calls, analytics, and email/hosting providers) only process the limited information needed to operate this website and our internal operations — they are never given the client or consumer data we receive under a client engagement.
5. Confidentiality & NDA
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with every client before work begins. All team members and contractors who handle client data are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to those we commit to our clients.
6. Data Retention
Data shared with us under a client engagement is deleted on request at any time, or automatically within 7 days after contract termination — whichever comes first. We may retain minimal records required by law (such as invoices and tax documents), but not the underlying consumer data itself.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
